Are the magnets strong enough?

The magnetic base of all our products has over 3kg of pulling force. We can confidently say it will never become disconnected unless intentionally pulled off.

LUUMEN - How bright is it?

LUUMEN has an output of about 100 lumens. For perspective that is about double the brightness of your average phone!

LUUMEN - How long will the battery last?

LUUMEN uses standard LR44 or SR44 button cells. It comes with a set included and these should last you up to about 8 hours battery life (however the brightness may dim before that point). The LED life is over 50,000 hours so the flashlight should last a lifetime.

LUUMEN - Not working?

If your LUUMEN isn't working correctly, you can check the following which may solve your issue -

Check the batteries are not dead and are inserted correctly, including the battery sleeve (See replacing batteries)
Check for any debris inside the body of the flashlight. Even a small particle can cause connection issues, give it a clean with a cotton bud and blow out the body
If your LUUMEN has suffered a drop or the top screwed on with too much force, the metal connection tab may have been bent back slightly. To resolve this remove the head of your LUUMEN and you will see a metal tab. Gently pull this back outwards and screw the head back on
